Rule 3 as existing rule 3 substituting 'Crow' for!

'Lords of the Admiralty',

Rule 4 as former rule 4 omitting all words after the

word 'made' line 5 and substituting words 'the Court may on

the application of any party fix the amount to be paid by

the Crow in respect of the value of the ship'.

Rule 5 as former rule 4A substituting for opening

Rule begins 'In any case of requisition of a ship

in respect of which no cause has been instituted any person

interested in such ship may without issuing a writ provid-

damages apply by summons for an order that the amount to

be paid in respect of such ship be fixed by the Court and

the Judge may on the hearing of the summons order the ship

to be appraised or to be valued or give such other direct-

ions for fixing the amount as he may think fit'.

Form 4 appendix A omit words 'Commander of our ship

of war' and words 'taken and seized as prize by our said

ship of war',

It will be observed that amendments to Articles 11 and

29 are of special importance.
